EU+ handled worldwide through the local post office.
All shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates based on carrier guidelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Packaging
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in inconspicuous, neutral boxes or envelopes.
There is no external mention of the content or company name on it.
The return address only shows a neutral name like “R. Labs.”
Temperature control
Peptide products are packaged with:

🛡️ Protective material to prevent damage to bottles

Customs and Import
EU Customers
✓ No customs duties or import taxes
✓ VAT will be applied at checkout according to your country’s regulations
Non-EU Customers
You are responsible for:
• Import duties and taxes imposed by your country
• Customs clearance fees
• Compliance with all local import regulations
Shipments are marked as “Research Peptides” with HS code 2924.20.
We cannot mark orders as gifts or lower the value.
Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries where the import of peptides is prohibited.
Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Returns Policy
⚠️ IMPORTANT: We do not offer standard returns or refunds.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and safety standards, we do not accept returns for refunds, even for unopened products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We do deal with cases of:

✓ Quality issues
Please note:
Replacement in the event of damage is a gesture of goodwill and not mandatory, but we try to help reasonable cases.

We assess each situation individually and, if justified, can offer a replacement free of charge.
Received Incorrect Product
If you receive an incorrect item:

✓ Return shipping of the incorrect item is at our expense

Missing Items
If your order is incomplete:
✓ We check our packaging information
✓ Missing items will be shipped quickly after confirmation

Quality issues
If you suspect a quality issue (appearance, labeling, or batch issues):
🛑 Stop use immediately
📞 Contact us via WhatsApp with the batch number
🔬 We will investigate this with the manufacturer and can replace if confirmed
Lost Packages
The Netherlands
Packages are considered lost after 7 business days without tracking updates.
We offer a replacement or full refund.
EU Shipments
Packages are considered lost after 14 working days.
We will start an investigation with the carrier and reship or issue a refund after confirmation.
Non-EU Shipments
Packages are considered lost after 21 business days.
Customs delays are the responsibility of the customer; We help with documentation where possible.
Research process
We submit claims to carriers and keep you informed throughout the process.
Replacements or refunds will be issued upon confirmation or at our sole discretion.
